ETL DEVELOPMENT  

ETL (Extract Transform Load) techniques are used to merge, purge, cleanse, match and de-dupe the data. ETL also plays important role in handling old and legacy systems / raw data and resolving redundancies and inconsistencies. ETL typically takes 60% of any data warehouse development initiative.

ETL also plays key role in any data integration efforts that have become increasingly complex due to scores of applications that gets evolved as companies grow their business, acquire new businesses.
